Mentorship Program Kickoff: One of the most exciting initiatives on our horizon is the launch of the Emerging Leaders Mentorship Program. Flyers will be hitting inboxes soon, inviting both mentors and mentees from across AWRF to join. We’ll be pairing experienced professionals with early-career members to spark conversations, share hard-earned wisdom, and accelerate professional growth. The official kickoff happens this October at the Fall General Meeting.
