Registration Fee is $760.00 per person.
The cost covered by the fee will include: 4 receptions, 2 breakfasts, AWRF Gala, outside speakers, entertainment and COVID-19 precaution supplies.
Note: Printed attendance list cut-off is March 31st, 2023.
Refunds after March 31st, 2023 will not be honored!
Golf Tournament
GOLF TOURAMENT - WEDNESDAY, April 19th –The Networking Tournament will be a modified shotgun at the Scottsdale Silverado Golf Course. 1st tee time is 9:00am. Bus departs 7:30am. (Meet in Lobby). Sponsorship Opportunities will be available.
The ROUND fee is $150 per player. Rental Clubs $70/set payable to AWRF. Sign-up required.
The Tour - Create Something – Candle Chemistry
TOUR – MONDAY, April 17th – Create Something – Candle Chemistry - Did you know that the sense of smell is the most sophisticated of the five senses and the sense most closely related to memory?
The tour will start with smelling TONS of scents to choose your favorite. Select a container to match your décor work with a scent stylist to create a perfect blend. Design a label and mix your oils at the fragrance bar to create your unique smell. Lunch and Shopping time are included. Approximate tour time: (meet in lobby) 9:30am – 3:00pm.
The fee is $155 per participant.
Queen Creek Olive Mill
TOUR – WEDNESDAY, April 19th – Queen Creek Olive Mill - A visit to the olive mill includes a history of the farm and mill; how signature oils are made and the importance of local products and sustainable farming. Taste olive oil, stuffed olives and tapenades and purchase your favorites in the gourmet marketplace.
A light lunch is included. Approximate tour time: (meet in lobby) 10:00 am – 2:30pm.
The fee is $125.00 per participant.
