Biography

Helping others perform to their potential is what Linda Barrett is all about. She has devoted most of her life to helping others help themselves by showing them how to creatively conquer challenges, compete more effectively in rapidly changing arenas and remain resourceful in the midst of chaos. Her mission is to share strategies for success so that her clients and audience members can accomplish incomparable results.

Before starting her own business, Linda worked in corporate America for fourteen years in Sales and Marketing Management with Fortune 500 companies, including Pitney Bowes and Bristol-Meyers Squibb. There she became familiar with the challenges of an era when down-sizing, rightsizing and reorganization were the norm. During the same time, dramatic change was imposed upon her life whe her son was diagnosed with multiple disabilities. Now, as the president of the The Barrett Resource Group, she combines her business background with her formal education and real life experience to help businesses and associations thrive through their "organizational metamorphoses".

A graduate of Trinity College, hailed by US News and World Report as the #1 Liberal Arts School in the Mid-Atlantic region, Linda is often referred to as a modern day renaissance woman, a whole mind thinker who provides people with an "owners manual" for their mind.
